A: At iverose, we operate on an Exchange or Store Credit Only basis. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. This allows us to continue sourcing exclusive, high-quality fashion from international designers at the best possible prices.
A: No problem! You will simply pay the price difference plus any applicable taxes during the exchange process. Our team will send you a secure link to complete the payment.
A: We want you to get the full value of your money. If your new selection costs less, we will issue you a Digital Gift Card for the remaining balance. This credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase!
A: Yes. For health and hygiene reasons, all Jewelry, Hair/Wigs, Swimwear, and Undergarments are final sale. We also cannot accept exchanges on items that have been worn, washed, or have the tags removed.
A: You are responsible for the shipping cost to send the original item back to our processing center. To show our appreciation, iverose will cover the shipping cost to send your first replacement item back to you!
A: While we take great care in packaging, accidents happen. Please email info@iverose.com within 48 hours with a photo of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a full refund or a free replacement immediately.
