EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT POLICY

At iverose, we curate the finest global fashion from Italy, France, the USA, and beyond. To maintain our commitment to luxury quality and competitive global pricing, we operate a strict Exchange or Store Credit Only policy.

1. NO CASH REFUNDS

All sales are final. iverose does not offer cash, credit card, or PayPal refunds for “change of mind,” incorrect sizing, or unwanted gifts. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an Exchange or Digital Store Credit under the following conditions:

Timeline: You must contact info@iverose.com within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging.

Hygiene Exceptions: For health and safety reasons, Jewelry, Hair/Wigs, Swimwear, and Undergarments are strictly Final Sale and cannot be exchanged.

3. PRICE DIFFERENCES DURING EXCHANGE

When exchanging your item for a different product, the following financial rules apply:

Higher Value: If your new selection costs more than the original item, you simply pay the remaining balance at checkout.

Lower Value: If your new selection costs less than the original item, the difference will be issued to you as a Digital Gift Card for future use.

Observation of Loss: If a customer chooses not to accept a Digital Gift Card for a price difference, the customer will be observing the loss of those funds. We strongly recommend using the Gift Card option to protect your investment.

4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

The only exception to our “No Refund” policy is a manufacturing defect or a shipping error.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a full refund or a free replacement.

5. SHIPPING COSTS

Customer: Responsible for the shipping cost to return the original item to our processing center.

iverose: We will cover the shipping cost of sending your first exchanged item back to you!

6. HOW TO START YOUR EXCHANGE

Email info@iverose.com with your Order Number and the item you wish to receive instead.

Once approved, we will provide the return address for our nearest processing hub.

Upon inspection, your new item will be shipped, or your Digital Gift Card will be emailed to you instantly.
