A: Group customization service is supported, with a minimum order quantity of 1 pieces . You can provide the design draft or choose our template. We offer free sample confirmation before mass production. The customization cycle is usually 15 days. If you need an expedited service, it can be negotiated for handling. A: Our clothing sizes are strictly measured in accordance with international standards, and detailed size tables are provided on the product detail page. Q: What transportation methods can I choose and how many days will it take?
A: We have prepared two modes of transportation for your choice. One option is express delivery, which usually takes about 10 days. The other one is standard transportation, which usually takes about 30 days. We cannot control the delivery time as it is handled by a third-party service. However, if your package does not arrive within the expected time, please contact us and we will check it for you.
Q: If I find any defects in the clothes after receiving them, can I apply for a return or exchange?
A: We support the “no-reason return and exchange” service (except for specially customized products). If the goods are defective due to quality issues or wrong shipment, we will bear the full return shipping cost.
